Since its inception in 1995 Rokeby Developments has completed approximately 20 buildings totalling almost one million sq ft.  We currently have a further one million sq ft at various stages of the development process.

 

Rokeby Developments targets mixed use, predominately retail and leisure opportunities to create an institutional product to be sold to end investors.  Frequently this means working on larger sites with joint venture partners - particularly those from the public sector.
