470 Bath Road, Heathrow, UB3 5AP

Rokeby has assembled a site at 470 Bath Road adjacent to the entrance to Heathrow Airport for a hotel development. In August 2007, Rokeby entered into a joint venture with the adjacent land  owner, Lord Laidlaw, to combine the landholdings to create a three acre, 600 bedroom hotel.

TP Bennett has been appointed as Master Planner and the practice is currently working on plans for a 400 room hotel at the front of the site and a 200 room hotel to the rear.

Rokeby believes that there is under provision of new hotel beds ahead of the opening of Terminal Five at Heathrow and the site is in an excellent location to attract hotel operators.
