The Aviator Hotel, Newcastle International Airport

Rokeby, jointly with the Bowey Group, constructed a new 120 bedroom hotel for Whitbread Travel Inn at the entrance to Newcastle International Airport. The project was completed in conjunction with the Airport Authority.

Rokeby worked closely with the Airport Authority to achieve a detailed design, which both reached the Authorities design brief, as well as achieving Whitbread's occupational requirements.
