Travelodge, Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne

 

Rokeby obtained a planning consent and assembled a site for a new 130 bedroom hotel for Granada Plc. Working with the landowners, Rokeby was able to agree a design with Granada, which was appropriate for the sites historic Quayside setting in Newcastle.

Works started on site in October 1999 and the building was completed in September 2000.
