Phase 3, Gosforth Business Park

 

Rokeby entered into a joint venture with AWG Developments to carry out the speculative development of 64,000 sq ft of offices at the entrance to Gosforth Business Park.

The development comprised two new buildings. The first 32,000 sq ft on three floors was completed in October 2002. The second floor was pre-let to Parkdean Holidays and the building sold to GW Aviation Ltd.

The second building of 34,680 sq ft was completed in May 2005 and was sold to Home Housing for a sale price in excess of £7 million in Summer 2006.
