Rokeby is providing new office accommodation as part of its Development Agreement with Newcastle City Council. Planning consent was granted in Spring 2007 for the construction of 6,180 sq ft of offices.  Terms have been agreed with Interserve to take part of this accommodation.

The premises will provide the following net internal areas at first floor:
Suite 1, 3,669 sq ft – Let to Interserve
Suite 2, 2,510 sq ft – Available

Construction commenced in June 2008 and completion is anticipated in the Spring 2009.
