Rokeby has recently constructed 4 new office buildings at Preston Farm comprising:

Building 1 - 10,000 sq ft - let to Stockton Borough Council
Building 2 - 10,764 sq ft - let to George Wimpey North East Ltd
Building 3 - 2,950 sq ft - sold to Baker Mallet
Building 4 - 6,068 sq ft - sold to Odyssey systems Ltd

Work commenced on site in September 2004 and the final building was completed in June 2005.
