Ryhope Retail Park, Sunderland

This joint venture project, with Bowey Developments was based upon the redevelopment of a 5.5 acre former Northern Electric Depot Site, purchased from Northern Electric PLC. Funding was from SLC Asset Management.

The site was developed in three phases. Phase 1 comprised a new public house for Allied Domecq and drive thru restaurant for McDonalds. Phase 2 comprised or a new 13,000sq foot LIDL foodstore.
