Following completion of the Phase 1 68,000 sq ft Wm Morrison foodstore, Rokeby progressed the second phase comprising:

30,000 sq ft bingo hall - let to Gala Bingo
2,550 sq ft drive thru restaurant - let to KFC
7,500 sq ft high street retail - terms agreed with Greggs and Norchem.

The Gala and KFC units were completed in January 2005.

The High Street retail scheme commenced in April 2008. Two shop units remain available at the present time.
