Phase 3 Shields Road, Byker, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Having secured occupiers for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the development including Wm Morrisons, Gala Bingo, KFC and Greggs, the developers are now promoting the third phase of this development.

Phase 3 will comprise 12,500sq ft of high street retail accommodation, which can be sub-divided in units from 1,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.

Terms have also been agreed for the sale of the rear part of the site to Ashley House plc, for the construction of a new health centre.
