Rokeby Developments was established in 2004 by Adrian Goodall Bsc MRICS and specialises in commercial development.

Since 2004 Rokeby Developments has been involved in a broad range of developments throughout the North East of England and in particular with regeneration programmes undertaken alongside both local authority and private sector partners.

Much of this work is carried out through individual partnership agreements or SPV companies. Rokeby has recently completed projects in Southampton, Stockton and Newcastle Upon Tyne.  Current projects underway include South Derbyshire and Heathrow. Rokeby continues to seek new mixed use, leisure and retail developments, working in conjunction with an established client base.

The company has maintained a presence within the North East through Rokeby Developments Northern, providing new office and employment accommodation within the region. Rokeby Northern is jointly owned by Nicholas Fordy.

Rokeby Group has recently opened a London office, run by director Tom Naylor.
